International Deliveries

Delivery Information

All of our shipments are sent from our UK-based warehouse in Royston Hertfordshire. 

We ship worldwide using fast and reliable delivery services. 

Please allow up to 72 hours to process your order!

Small packages will be sent using the Royal Mail International Signed For, Airmail Service - Delivery Aim approx 3 - 7 days, from despatch. If you need the goods quicker, we would recommend that you chose the 'Fedex' Option.

Heavier items, of 500g or more, will be sent with Fedex International Priority, reaching most countries in Europe next day and the rest of the world within a few days, from despatch.

ALL customers ordering large quantities of any products, or products of 10 kilos or more, please contact us for a firm delivery cost. We may be able to improve upon the price shown on our website, depending on the shipment address.

The prices for International Shipping are a guide only. If you live in a remote part of any country, or on an Island, a further charge for shipping maybe payable. We will send you an e-mail if this is the case and will not despatch the goods without your permission. To be 100% sure of the charge, we recommend that you contact us before ordering.

Please just e-mail us at [email protected], along with your full details and delivery address and we will send you a tailor-made shipping quote.

Please remember that additional charges, such as tax and duty, may be payable before, or upon delivery, particularly if you are ordering from outside of Europe.

Shipping Insurance

All products shipped from Walters & Walters Ltd have a mandatory shipping insurance levied. Please check the service you choose covers the amount for the item you require. Please ask if you are unsure.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days.  Please contact us, and wait for a response, BEFORE sending the goods back to us. We will be able to help work out the best/most economical way of getting the goods back to the UK. If the goods are faulty, or have been sent in error, we will refund the delivery costs. 

Please make sure that returns are sent via a service that will require a signature (eg. Royal Mail International Signed For) and that the insurance, up to the total value of the goods, is taken. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.  All goods will be inspected on return before a refund is given.

Refunds will be made, only to the card used to purchase the goods originally. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the goods arriving with us, please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show on your statement.
