Bruynzeel Expression Graphite Pencil

These Graphite Pencils are of a creative quality and have excellent Graphite Transfer.

Pencil cores are now made of a mixture of Clay and Graphite (no lead!) and the ratio of Clay and Graphite determines the hardness, the more clay, the harder the Pencil.

Hard Pencils run from H1 up to 9H, which is the hardest. Hard Pencils are widely used by architects and other technical drawers as the lines produced are precise. Of course, they can also be used for expressive drawing.

Soft Pencils run from 1B to 9B, which is the softest.  Soft Pencils are perfect for drawing/sketching large areas, for blending, shading or toning or just drawing a simple line.

HB Pencils are a mixture of Hard and Soft Pencils and are widely used in schools.
